Description

-Handle daily cash receipts and payments, check related vouchers, and record financial documents.
-Track all financial transactions, including invoices, payables, receivables, and ledger entries, while overseeing fixed assets.
-Coordinate monthly stocktaking and monitor inventory usage to ensure data accuracy.
-Calculate detailed production costs, including binding, author fees, and transportation.
-Prepare and record monthly journal vouchers, intercompany expenses, and expense allocations.
-Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash management.
-Prepare and report accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support business operations.

Requirements

-B.Com or any graduate with additional qualifications in LCCI III or ACCA Part-1.
-Minimum 2 or 3 years of accounting experience in a related field.
-Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting Standards.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
-Positive attitude, good personality, and excellent communication skills.
