Position Summary
The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports KLA’s communication, marketing, branding, student engagement, school events, and promotional activities.
The position combines graphic design, photography, videography, photo editing, video editing, and basic motion graphics to produce engaging and professional content for KLA’s social media platforms, website, promotional materials, school events, internal communications, and other digital channels.
The Multimedia Content Creator is expected to manage the content production process from concept development and planning to shooting, designing, editing, and delivering final content while maintaining KLA’s visual identity, brand standards, and professional image.
The successful candidate should be a creative, versatile, and self-motivated multimedia professional who can work independently while coordinating effectively with teachers, staff, students, and the School Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for KLA’s digital and promotional content.
- Plan and produce multimedia content based on KLA’s communication and marketing needs.
- Develop content suitable for Facebook, Telegram Channel, TikTok, YouTube, website, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in developing monthly or campaign-based content plans.
- Create content that effectively communicates KLA’s educational programs, activities, achievements, values, and school culture.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand identity across all content.
- Graphic Design
- Design posters, banners, announcements, social media graphics, promotional materials, certificates, invitations, and other visual materials.
- Create graphics for school campaigns, events, enrollment promotions, student activities, and public communications.
- Apply KLA’s approved logo, fonts, colors, layouts, and other brand guidelines consistently.
- Prepare designs in appropriate formats and sizes for both digital and print use.
- Adapt existing designs into different formats and platforms when required.
- Photography
- Photograph school events, classroom activities, student activities, teachers, staff, facilities, and other relevant occasions.
- Capture high-quality photographs that reflect KLA’s educational environment and school culture.
- Conduct basic portrait and group photography when required.
- Organize, select, edit, and archive photographs systematically.
- Maintain an organized digital photo library for future communication and marketing purposes.
- Ensure appropriate and professional handling of student and staff images.
- Videography
- Plan and record video content for school activities, events, promotional campaigns, interviews, announcements, and social media.
- Operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, tripods, microphones, lighting, and other relevant equipment.
- Capture stable, well-composed, and high-quality video footage.
- Conduct interviews with students, teachers, staff, parents, and other relevant individuals when required.
- Produce short-form videos, event highlights, promotional videos, educational content, and other multimedia materials.
- Ensure appropriate framing, lighting, sound, and visual quality during video production.
- Photo & Video Editing
- Edit photographs using appropriate photo-editing software.
- Edit and produce professional videos for social media, school events, promotional campaigns, and other communication purposes.
- Add appropriate music, captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, and basic visual effects.
- Perform basic color correction, audio adjustment, cropping, resizing, and image enhancement.
- Prepare content in appropriate formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
- Maintain organized project files and editable source files for future use.
- Social Media & Digital Content
- Create visually engaging content for KLA’s social media platforms.
- Support the preparation of Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts, Stories, event highlights, and other short-form content.
- Collaborate with the relevant staff responsible for social media posting and communication.
- Monitor current multimedia and social media trends and recommend relevant content ideas.
- Ensure all published visual content represents KLA professionally and appropriately.
- Support digital campaigns designed to increase school awareness, engagement, and enrollment interest.
- Events & School Activities
- Provide photography and videography coverage for important KLA events and activities.
- Prepare event highlight photos and videos within an appropriate timeframe.
- Coordinate with event organizers to understand schedules, key moments, and required coverage.
- Prepare promotional visuals before events and recap content after events.
- Maintain an organized archive of event photos and videos.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Work History
- Relevant professional experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, digital media, marketing, or a related field for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Relevant professional training or certifications in graphic design, photography, videography, or video editing are an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical experience and an excellent portfolio may be considered even without a directly related degree.
- Previous experience working with educational institutions, schools, organizations, or social media content is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience producing content from concept development through final production.
- Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Good photo and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, tripods, microphones, lighting, and other multimedia equipment.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, typography, color correction, and audio editing is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare content in different formats and dimensions for social media and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media content formats and trends.
