• Certificate or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

1. Front Office Attendant

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Basic understanding of hotel front office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
