ABOUT IHCS Indo Health Care Services (IHCS) is a medical tourism company connecting international patients with leading hospitals and specialist doctors in India. IHCS supports patients throughout their medical journey, including medical opinions, hospital coordination, visa assistance, travel arrangements, accommodation and patient support. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a confident and motivated Part-Time Sales Representative in Phnom Penh to generate patient leads, develop local referral relationships, communicate with prospective patients and coordinate qualified enquiries with the IHCS medical team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate and identify potential patient leads in Cambodia. • Explain IHCS medical tourism services clearly and professionally to prospective patients. • Build relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, agents and referral partners. • Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and other channels. • Collect basic patient information and relevant medical reports and forward qualified cases to IHCS. • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status. • Support IHCS in developing local partnerships and referral networks. • Work toward agreed monthly lead and business targets.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Fluent Khmer and English communication skills – REQUIRED. • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Confident and professional when communicating with patients and potential clients. • Sales, marketing, healthcare, medical tourism or customer-service experience is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively. • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and social media communication. • Previous healthcare or medical sales experience is an added advantage. WORKING HOURS & COMPENSATION WORKING HOURS - 4 hours per day • Part-Time - Schedule can be mutually agreed based on availability and business requirements COMPENSATION - Competitive part-time salary - Performance-based incentives / commission, subject to agreed terms.
