Sales, Delivery & Operations Assistant

Job Description

Sell Apple products, laptops, and accessories.
Provide excellent customer service.

Reply to customer inquiries via Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Create and manage social media content and advertisements.

Inspect products for quality, functionality, dents, and damage when receiving stock.

Manage stock and update inventory weekly.
Pack customer orders and prepare products for delivery.

Deliver products and collect items from cargo or suppliers when required.

Assist with daily shop operations.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MacBooks, laptops, iPhones, iPads, and iOS devices.

Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, and online selling.

Basic computer skills.

Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
