Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

  • Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitors.

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs.

  • Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and campaign results.

  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to support business growth.

  • Prepare regular marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, food, consumer goods, or a related industry.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial role.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, excel, and Google Workspace experience with dashboards or analytical tools.

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Off Day : Sun & Public Holidays
