🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate orders, inventory and shipments
• Update customers on operational issues
• Handle urgent fulfilment with ops and transporters
• Prepare KPI and transaction reports
• Check vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Raise POs for warehouse supplies
• Keep WMS transactions accurate and updated

🎯 WHO THEY WANT

• ITE / Nitec / Diploma in Business, Logistics or related field
• 1+ year logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable with MS Office + WMS / Exceed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and collaborative team player
