π₯ WHAT YOUβLL DO
- Coordinate orders, inventory and shipments
- Update customers on operational issues
- Handle urgent fulfilment with ops and transporters
- Prepare KPI and transaction reports
- Check vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Raise POs for warehouse supplies
- Keep WMS transactions accurate and updated
π― WHO THEY WANT
- ITE / Nitec / Diploma in Business, Logistics or related field
- 1+ year logistics experience preferred
- Comfortable with MS Office + WMS / Exceed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and collaborative team player
