Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
• Salary: 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
• Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
• 0-4 years.
