Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting products/services, attracting new customers, supporting sales growth, and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities
- Present and promote products or services to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
- Creativity and marketing mindset
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 1–2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or related role (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion ability
- Customer-focused and relationship-building skills
- Creative and proactive mindset
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Good time management and multitasking
- Ability to work independently and in a team
