Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting products/services, attracting new customers, supporting sales growth, and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and revenue.

*** Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities
• Present and promote products or services to clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Prepare sales and marketing reports
• Creativity and marketing mindset
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or related role (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion ability
• Customer-focused and relationship-building skills
• Creative and proactive mindset
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Good time management and multitasking
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Work Condition:

• Working Time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• 2- Working Day: Monday ~ Friday
• 3- Holiday: According to Cambodia government
