Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Chat and Claims process
• Location: Noida
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Salary Package 3 LPA TO 5 LPA
• BOTH-SIDED CAB SERVICE
• Shift: Rotational / 247

Requirements for CHAT Process:

• C1 proficiency; experienced profiles preferred
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Chat Support

Requirements for Claims Process:

• B2 proficiency; experienced profiles preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Freshers are also eligible
• Graduation is not mandatory

Eligibility criteria:

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously)
• Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
• Graduation is not mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
