III. Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in 3D modeling, preferably in jewelry or luxury product design.
• Experience working with jewelry modeling workflows is highly preferred.

I. Position Overview
The 3D Artist is responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations of traditional Khmer jewelry designs. This role supports the design and production teams by transforming hand-drawn concepts into detailed digital 3D jewelry models for visualization, prototyping, marketing materials, and production preparation.

The position requires strong artistic ability, knowledge of Khmer cultural motifs, and expertise in 3D modeling software used in jewelry design.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Jewelry Design & Modeling

• Create detailed 3D models of jewelry including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and traditional Khmer ornaments.
• Convert hand-drawn sketches or concept designs into accurate 3D digital models.
• Ensure models are production-ready for manufacturing processes such as casting or prototyping.

1. Visualization & Rendering

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings for product presentations, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, gemstones, and lighting to represent final jewelry products.
• Work with the marketing team to produce visual content for advertising and social media.

1. Design Collaboration

• Collaborate with Fashion Designers, Jewelry Designers, and Craftsmen to refine product concepts.
• Adjust models based on feedback from design and production teams.
• Ensure designs maintain traditional Khmer artistic identity and luxury brand standards.

1. Product Development Support

• Prepare 3D files for rapid prototyping or 3D printing.
• Assist in developing new jewelry collections based on Ancient Khmer heritage motifs.
• Ensure technical accuracy for gemstone settings and metal thickness.

1. Quality & Design Standards

• Maintain consistency with brand identity and luxury product standards.
• Ensure all designs are structurally feasible for production.
• Organize and maintain a library of 3D models and digital design assets.
