Duties & Responsibilities

• The role reports to the Sales Support Supervisor and responsible for sales support functions to support sales team.
• Create customer’s profile to input it in the itinerary, and prepare the quotation after receiving the inquiry from the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify their needs and provide strategic support to meet sales targets.
• Work closely with operations team to check the supplier’s service according to the customer’s need.
• Keep responding & updating the inquiry in all channels for all concerned departments.
• Keep updating all contract rates to the pricing models.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
