HR Manager

Description

Manage overall HR operations and daily HR activities.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records.
Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters.
Prepare HR reports and support management in HR-related decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.
Good knowledge of HR practices and Myanmar Labor Law.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
