• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance

or ACCA related field enrolled

• Have knowledge of accounting operations
• Knowledge of the legal provisions of the tax laws
• Communication skills
• Collect, analyze and report data
• Proficient Office Word, Excel, related software.
• Proficient use of machinery, office equipment such as telephone, fax, photo
• Ability to persuade, flexible and quick to work, adapt new environment well.
• Multinational Companies, manufacturers or services industry is preferable

1. Prepare and analyze productivity dashboard, highlight problems and recommend solutions; working with operation for productivity improvement.
2. Analyze operating expenses vs budget and prior year;
3. Initiate cost saving and solutions;
4. Leading projects for saving;
5. Evaluate investments projects;
6. Budget and forecast preparation;
7. Control finance and accounting activities of BV Cambodia;
8. Analyzing revenue vs budget, prior year, by sales person, client, vendor, territory,…
9. Handling monthly closing, quarterly closing.
10. Monitoring and coaching Cambodia finance team in finance & accounting knowledge.
11. Handling taxes, legal, compliance.
12. Working with HR to ensure personnel charges, PIT are properly calculated.
13. Monitoring purchase and inventory control of lab consumables for cost saving.
