📝 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify enterprise accounts that fit Zycus’ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms.
  • Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across global markets.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and AI teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Continuously experiment with new prospecting techniques, messaging, and AI workflows.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked, opportunities created, and Net New Accounts Added (NAA).

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, and other branches all welcome).
  • 0–6 months of experience — fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn enterprise sales.
  • High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data, technology, and AI tools.

Bonus Points:

  • Internship, project, or campus experience in Sales, Marketing, SaaS, B2B technology, or any customer-facing activity.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or prospecting tools.
  • Extensive use of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot — bonus if you’ve built bots or automations with GenAI.
  • Leadership in college clubs, technical fests, hackathons, or entrepreneurship activities.
