- Manage 10 to 15 major global and regional accounts
- Grow a portfolio worth €20M+ in revenue
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers
- Lead proposals, RFQs, renewals and strategic pitches
- Drive cross-border logistics and supply chain solutions
- Coach country account managers and lead virtual global teams
🎯 WHAT THEY WANT
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- 10+ years in commercial or customer-facing roles
- 8 to 10 years in strategic or consultative selling
- Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge
- Proven experience with global accounts and executive stakeholders
- Strong communication, commercial and analytical skills
