Hi everyone,
We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Chennai. We’re looking for someone who can manage both recruitment and HR operations.
Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM recruitment, including hiring for AR Calling, Payment Posting, and other medical billing/RCM roles.
• Experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR operations, including employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
• Comfortable working from the office in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
