Accounting Supervisor ($800-$1100)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA, CAT, or CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in automotive, dealership, trading, or retail industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory costing, landed cost calculation, Cambodian Tax Law, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Review journal entries, general ledger postings, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with CIFRS and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Costing & Inventory Management

• Calculate vehicle and spare parts landed costs (purchase cost, freight, customs duty, import VAT, excise tax, registration cost).
• Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Analyze gross profit by vehicle model and spare parts.
• Monitor inventory aging and recommend provisions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Supervise invoicing, collections, aging reports, customer credit limits, and account reconciliations.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Review supplier invoices, payment requests, supplier reconciliations, and payment schedules.

Tax Compliance

• Prepare and review VAT, WHT, Tax on Salary, Prepayment of TOI, Annual TOI, and Patent Tax filings.
• Coordinate with GDT, tax consultants, and support tax audits.

Cash & Bank Management

• Review cash transactions, bank reconciliations, payment approvals, and cash flow.
