What an Accenture Customer Service New Associate actually does:

As an Accenture Customer Service New Associate, you will be part of a team that handles adjustments and corrections in customers’ retirement accounts. In simple words, when there is a mistake in someone’s retirement account, your team fixes it.

Correct individual-level errors in retirement accounts caused by the institution, the client or the account holder.

Work on cases such as

– Lost earnings calculations
– Complex refunds
– Distribution and loan corrections
– Fund adjustments.

Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to record, track and manage customer cases.

Solve routine problems by following set guidelines and past examples.

Work closely with your own team and report to your direct supervisor.

Follow detailed instructions given for every task. Your work will be closely reviewed, so accuracy matters more than speed in the beginning.
