Logistics and Customer Service Intern

As our Logistics and Customer Service Intern, you will dive directly into the fast-paced e-commerce industry by connecting behind-the-scenes warehouse operations with frontline customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a highly motivated team and gain incredible, hands-on exposure to the entire supply chain process.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
• Support daily warehouse operations by preparing customer orders for dispatch to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment.
• Handle special customer requests and physically coordinate the allocation of free gifts and promotional samples on the warehouse floor based on campaign conditions.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory tracking using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel templates.
• Monitor and maintain optimal store health metrics across all assigned platforms to keep our strategies competitive.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department on operational tasks and coordinate closely with couriers for timely order pickups.
• Attend comprehensive product training sessions to master brand knowledge and effectively manage consumer inquiries.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a strictly related academic field.
• Demonstrating a strong, proactive interest in e-commerce fulfillment, advanced logistics, and behind-the-scenes business operations.
• Highly organized and deeply detail-oriented, with a natural comfort for working in an active, hands-on, and fast-paced physical environment.
• Familiar with fundamental Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
