Intern Coach

Description

Assist in delivering tech-based lessons (e.g., coding, robotics, game dev) to students aged 7–17.
Participate in Classroom Observation sessions.
Receive Curriculum and Teaching Training.
Assist senior coaches during classes and workshops.
Engage positively with children to ensure a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Help manage student behavior and classroom dynamics with a calm and supportive approach.
Attend coach training sessions and give feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

University student or recent graduate (IT, Engineering, Education, or related fields).
Interest in coding, robotics, or STEM education.
Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
Able to work with children and teens.
Basic knowledge of coding or tech tools (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, Roblox, etc.).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Really want to build a teaching career and grow in the education field.
