HR Leadership Management

Job Description

1. Design differentiated leadership management solutions based on business strategy to build capable manager teams to achieve business targets, inspire passion, and support company sustainable growth.
2. Identify manager pipeline candidates and high-potential talent aligned with business strategy and leadership requirements to ensure sustained talent supply.
3. Oversee manager appointment, clarify position requirements and term goals, and use Manager Capability Assessment to drive phased and medium-to-long-term goals, orderly transfer, and policy-based manager exit.
4. Plan and allocate manager resources to meet business priorities and enable healthy rotation.
5. Develop and implement manager capability improvement plans to strengthen leadership in business operations, organization building, and people management, while reinforcing core values and duty fulfillment.
6. Support monthly Administrative Team (AT) meetings, AT members enablement training, and AT operation assessments based on the company's management guidelines and requirements to encourage ATs to fulfill their responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 6 or above) and English (IELTS 6.0 or above), or equivalent, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proactive and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to influence managers.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
