Support Technician

Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Technical team member for onsite servicing of clients requirements including new installations and
trouble ticket requests .

• Provides onsite technical support including fiber termination , equipment and network configuration.

• Coordinates with other depts or partners for onsite technical requirements.

• Records and updates technical details on relevant documents and submits back to OSS Coordinator.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Engineering or IT related field

• Experience with internet access technology including wireless , Fttx , and networking.

• Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients.

• Ability to manage tasks and meet timelines as required.
