Position Summary
Treehouse International School is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of school operations within the Primary School campus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Management
- Manage new and existing customer enquiries (phone, email, social media, telegram, in person). Provide school tour for new customers. Manage new student enrolments.
- Student Administration
- Organise student folders, registration forms, incident forms, meeting notes.
- Education Support
- Respond to teacher requests and support them in their role. Understand and be able to communicate the curriculum offered at the school
- Human Resources
- Participate in interviews for new staff, organise new staff information in staff file and on management system, organise required documentation required for new staff including medical insurance, visa, work permits, Manage and update School staffing schedules. Contribute to staff performance reviews, Update staff joiner / staff leaver documentation
- Facilities management
- Manage facilities and housekeeping staff to ensure a safe and clean school environment
- Third party supplier management
- Liaise with all 3rd parties for the services they provide to the school
Languages
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Work History
- Operations Manager in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 2 years is preferred
General & Technical Skills
- Proficient level of English/Khmer (spoken and written)
- Experience in an international school (preferred)
- Experience with managing a team (preferred)
- Strong IT skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
