Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop financial strategy, annual plans, and budgets; allocate resources per logistics cost structure (transportation, ocean freight).
Support major decisions (new routes, vehicle procurement) with cost-benefit analysis and financial recommendations.

1. Financial Management

Manage cash flow and fund scheduling to meet freight settlement and operational funding needs.
Review expenses (transportation, ocean freight, labor) to control costs and mitigate risk.
Supervise accounting to ensure GAAP compliance, accurate reporting, and timely financial statements.
Oversee cash receipts/payments and bank settlements to safeguard funds.

1. Cost & Risk Management

Analyze costs across logistics processes and drive cost optimization to improve profitability.
Build a financial risk control system; manage AR (customer freight collections) and AP (supplier payments) to prevent bad debts and cash flow issues.

1. Systems & Team Management

Develop and improve financial policies and processes; ensure compliance (tax filing, invoicing).
Lead the finance team through training and performance management.

1. Collaboration & Communication

Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and auditors on financing, tax filing, and audits.
Report financial status and provide analysis to management for decision-making.
Partner with internal departments to understand business needs and provide financial support.

• 针对新线路开发、车辆采购等重大经营决策，进行成本效益分析，并提供专业的财务建议。

• 统筹现金流管理及资金调度，确保满足运费结算及日常运营的资金需求。
• 审核各项运营费用，包括运输费、海运费、人工成本等，有效控制成本并降低财务风险。
• 监督会计核算工作，确保符合公认会计准则（GAAP），保证财务数据准确，并按时出具财务报表。
• 负责现金收支、银行结算及资金管理，确保资金安全。

1. 成本与风险管理

• 分析物流各业务环节的成本，推动成本优化，提高公司盈利能力。
• 建立并完善财务风险控制体系，加强应收账款（AR，客户运费回款）及应付账款（AP，供应商付款）管理，预防坏账风险及现金流问题。

1. 财务制度与团队管理

• 制定并完善财务管理制度及工作流程，确保财务工作合规，包括税务申报、发票管理等。
• 负责财务团队的管理、培训、绩效考核及工作指导，提升团队整体工作效率和专业能力。

1. 跨部门协作与沟通

• 负责与银行、税务机关及审计机构沟通协调，处理融资、税务申报及审计相关事宜。
• 定期向管理层汇报公司财务状况，提供财务分析及决策支持。
• 与公司内部各部门密切合作，了解业务需求，并提供相应的财务支持。

Job Requirements

Requirements：
-Fluency in English and/or Chinese required.
-Bachelor's degree or above in finance/accounting; intermediate accounting certification or above preferred.
-5 years of financial management experience;logistics,supply chain,or freight forwarding background preferred.
-Familiar with transportation cost accounting,freight settlement,AR/AP management,and multi-currency settlement.
-Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, treasury, and risk prevention.
-Familiar with tax/financial regulations; proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
-Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills; responsible and principled.

2. 学历及专业资格： 财务、会计等相关专业本科及以上学历；持有中级会计职称或更高级别专业资格者优先。
3. 工作经验： 具有5年以上财务管理相关工作经验；具备物流、供应链或货运代理行业经验者优先。
4. 专业知识： 熟悉运输成本核算、运费结算、应收应付账款管理及多币种结算业务。
5. 实务能力： 具备预算编制、成本控制、资金管理及财务风险防范的实际操作经验。
6. 法规及系统应用： 熟悉税务及财务相关法律法规，能够熟练使用财务软件及 ERP 系统。
7. 综合素质： 具备较强的数据分析能力、沟通协调能力及团队管理能力，工作认真负责，坚持原则。
