Accounting Supervisor

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• A master/bachelor's degree in Accounting or a other related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Private Sector.
• Good computer skills MS Office, Accounting System and power BI is a plus
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• Good in both verbal and written in English

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 & 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:

• Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

• Accounting Supervisor works at the office of furniture factory inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:

• Accounting Supervisor works under supervise & report directly to Inventory Manager.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Accounting Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends, providing insightful reports to management.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Supervise the AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting department.
