Hiring: SQL DBA L2 Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and proactive SQL DBA L2 Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in database support, performance tuning, and production environments, we would love to connect with you!
Role & Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain SQL databases in production
Handle L2 level incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure uptime
Perform backup, restore, and recovery operations
Analyze and optimize slow queries, indexes, and execution plans
Manage database security (users, roles, permissions)
Support High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) setups
Implement patches, upgrades, and database changes
Prepare RCA reports and maintain documentation
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL / PL-SQL)
Hands-on experience with backup & recovery strategies
Good understanding of performance tuning & troubleshooting
Familiarity with HA/DR concepts (Log Shipping, Replication, AlwaysOn)
Experience with monitoring tools and alert handling
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Shell is a plus)
Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Database Administration
Location: Hyderabad & Gurugram
Shift: Rotational
