Position Summary

Reporting Line: TotalEnergies Card Manager

Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly paid allowance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Card sales administration support: Gain hands-on experience in backend processes that are critical to card sales and customer service.
• Card Back Office Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks related to card operations, card system operations and system development.
• From time to time, switching between front and back-office support base on urgency of need.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in fourth year student
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business administration

General & Technical Skills

• Skill: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge: MS Office, Internet, and Email proficiency
• Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.

Soft Skills

• Willing to learn, honest and be able to work under pressure
