Description

Promote and sell the college’s courses, programs, and services to prospective students.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Messenger, Viber, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures clearly and professionally.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with students, parents, and potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for the management team.
Support marketing activities, promotions, events, and student recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate with the Academic and Administration teams to ensure smooth student enrollment.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
