Job description
- Prospect and develop new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, networking events), direct something visits, cte.
- Customer daily visit like commercial customer & resident
- Conduct initial consultations with potential customers to understand their pest control needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide clear and informative presentations about the company's pest control services, pricing, and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing customers.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess the extent of pest infestation and develop customized treatment plans.
- Upsell additional services and products to maximize customer value.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain detailed customer records within the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new company offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sales ethics, and customer service.
- Other task assigned by line management and top management.
