Quality Assurance Staff

Job Description

• Ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (Food Safety, Quality, OH&S, and Environmental Management Systems)
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and ISO standards
• Support audits, document control, CAPA follow-up, and risk assessment activities
• Participate in issue investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct training and onsite inspections to promote 6S and system compliance
• Prepare reports and coordinate with related departments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and food technology, food science, or related field
• Age 25-30 Years old
• One year’s experience in QA/QC or the food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of or experience with FSMS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is preferred
• Friendly, politely, and honesty
• Demonstrates willingness to learn, strong commitment, and a continuous improvement mindset

• Working Condition

Term/condition of employment contract:

• Unspecific Duration Contract (Retirement at age 55years)
