Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closing.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and project costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• B.Com or any graduate.
• LCCI Level 3 (UK) certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting in the construction industry.
• Proficient in preparing financial statements, cash flow, and annual accounts using Excel.
• Able to prepare construction budget plans.
• Tender experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Good knowledge of government updates and taxation.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Working hours-9:00am to 5:00pm
• Off Days -Sunday & Gazetted Day
