After-Sales Engineer

Position Summary

Location: Phnom Penh, with travel to provinces.

Compensation: Salary Base + performance + allowance; total USD 1000/month

Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot agricultural drones.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support; travel to farms during peak seasons.
• Complete service tickets, manage spare parts, and report recurring faults.
• Assist dealers and customers with basic operation training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in drones, electronics, electromechanics, automation, etc is preferred

Work History

• Repair experience with drones or agricultural machines or smart hardware; plant protection drone experience preferred. for 1 year is preferred

General & Technical Skills

• Familiar with flight control, RTK, circuits, and mechanical assembly; strong hands-on skills.
• Drone license preferred.

Soft Skills

• Driver’s license; willing to travel; strong service mindset.
