QA Supervisor

Job Description

1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies
2. Establishing quality standards for products
3. Testing products or services to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
4. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance data
5. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues
6. Managing quality audits and inspections
7. Providing training and guidance to other employees on quality control procedures and policies •
8. Attend approved industry regulatory, technical, or educational events to keep updated on current information.
9. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
10. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of improved department specific processes, policies, and procedures.
11. Recommend, develop, and implement enhancements and improvements to departmental policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• All nationality
• Female and Male
• Able to communicate in English
• At least 5years knit or swimming wear experience.
• Good planning and organization skills
• Commitment to work, honesty, and dedication to work hard
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, and good team player spirit
• Fast learner with the ability to solve problems
• Able to work flexible working shift hours
• Able to perform under pressure
• We need a QA with experience who understands the entire process, from fabric cutting to carton random inspection.
