IT Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-house helpdesk support to end users and IT team members.
• Oversee the IT setup, management, and maintenance of all factory systems and networking infrastructure.
• Perform routine network administration for CCTV, Windows servers, firewalls, IP phone systems, and other network equipment.
• Collaborate with overseas IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT records, documentation, and equipment inventories.
• Manage procurement processes for IT hardware and software.
• Monitor and perform daily data backup operations and conduct recovery drills.
• Implement and oversee antivirus and cybersecurity measures for all hardware and software.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of IT experience in the manufacturing /garment industry is highly desirable.
• Certificate and/or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Khmer is required; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.
• Self-motivated, independent, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
