Position Summary

The position is for Native Speaker

Working Hour : 7:30 am – 4:30 pm from Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch break)

LOCATION : Kent Ridge International School

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered English lessons for primary-level students according to Singapore curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Implementeffective classroom management suitable with the students’ age group
• Create positive learning environment for the students
• Regularly monitor students’ learning and behavioral progresses and work with the academic department to provide on time intervention for students who are not on track
• Conduct the meeting with the parents about the student’s academic/behavior if requested from the parents
• Conduct the parent-teacher meetings per the school’s academic calendar
• Join the school’s events and professional development
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor/or school management team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English/linguistic/equivalent degree is required

Work History

• Teaching experience at international schools for 1 to 2 years as a minimum

• Teaching license or teaching certification in the specialized field
