Full-Stack Software Development Officer

Responsibilities

• General responsibilities is to join the team to develop the software on both frontend and backend. 
• Develop the proper documents related to software development 
• Secure and maintain the source codes 
• Follow the standard software development life cycle and/or development operation for application development 
• Partner with functional team members to interpret business requirements for new enhancement requirements and/or for new requirements gathering 
• Close each stage of software development with proper sign off document, technical document and other relevant documents
• Actively participate in discussion and problem solving during the software development project 
• Provide application support to the testers, end users, and system administrators
• Work closely with Business team, Line Manager, and other developer to ensure that the delivery meet the requirement and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems Preferred) 
• Good communication with other departments and external suppliers 
• Good in tasks tracking and time management 
• Ability to work independently or as a team member 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a project team member 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Software Engineer skills, with an emphasis on using flutter and Java Springboot, development, and testing 
• Good organization and execution skills
• Experience working with AI in development is a plus
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
• Experience working with Bank/MFI is preferred

• Experience working with cloud based platform such as Amazon AWS,

  LIASES WITH 

• Mobile Application Development Manager, and all Departments 

  ACCOUNTABILITY 

• This role will be accountable to the Mobile Application Development Manager directly
