Overview
We are looking for an Asset Care Controller to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. You will be responsible for managing asset care plans, monitoring maintenance activities, and ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising safety or performance.

Responsibilities

- Review and update Asset Care Plans (ACP) to reflect operational needs and improvements
- Manage modification control processes to ensure compliance and safe implementation of changes
- Monitor proactive maintenance activities, making sure inspections and preventive actions are carried out on time
- Prepare clear and accurate reports on maintenance performance and highlight areas for improvement
- Track and control maintenance costs, identifying opportunities to optimize resources and reduce waste
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to align maintenance strategies with business goals

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EP, EC, MP, MC), Asset Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in asset care, maintenance, or telecom/industrial systems is an advantage
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Skilled in using reporting tools such as Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint, Power BI, RMS and Itower
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to balance technical detail with cost efficiency Success Measures
- Timely and accurate updates to ACPs
- Reduction in unplanned downtime
- Demonstrated cost savings in maintenance activities
- Quality and clarity of monitoring and reporting outputs
