Business Development Executive

Description

Anticipate the technology shift and proactively develop new educational
programs to be a market leader
 Develop sales target plans for each academic terms and drive strategically to
meet set enrollment goals for new classes
 Identify pathways and career opportunities for students after completion of the
programs
 Collect data across different education service providers to develop
benchmarking process and implement best practices for the organization
 Track ongoing classes, students’ attendance and performance, and keep in touch
with students and teachers to become successful academic programs
 Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and drive to meet the target
 Liaise with digital marketing team in creating digital contents and strategic
campaign programs
Take Test Admin role and support exam center for external and internal exam
schedules

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in private university or relevant industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
Follow Training Center workweek, Monday through Wednesday and, Saturday
and Sunday), Thursday and Friday off but will have to work one day in alternative
week
