Job description
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a Logistic industry)
- Strong understanding of the company’s products/services
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

- Working Time: 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 ~ 13:30)
- Working Day: Monday ~ Friday & Saturday (Half)

- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales department towards achieving targeted sales goals and expanding the customer base.
- This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Lead the sales department to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify and seek new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and support to the sales members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations.
