🔹 Position: Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)
🔹 Department: Sales / Business Development

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
✅ Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
✅ Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
✅ Communicate and negotiate with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners
✅ Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
✅ Maintain excellent customer service and long-term partnerships

🎯 Requirements
✔️ 2–3+ years of relevant sales experience
✔️ 1–2+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience
✔️ Strong Chinese (Mandarin) speaking & listening skills – MUST
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✔️ Experience in Logistics / Transportation is an advantage
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field is preferred
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
