The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative activities, supporting employees and management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll information and ensure accuracy of attendance and salary-related data.
- Support employee performance reviews, probation, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, maintenance, and general administrative matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and relevant government authorities when required.
- Prepare basic HR and administrative reports for management.
- Supervise and support HR/Admin staff in their daily work.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience, with at least some supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and administration.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, organize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good command of Khmer and English.
- Honest, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor regulations is an advantage.
