repare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash
Flow) (Export, Factory, Dubai & Thai business units)
Coordinate with the Dubai accounts team to ensure accurate recording of closing stock, cash transactions,
and expense claims
Review the Zoho invoicing system to ensure accurate revenue recognition for Dubai operations.
Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, reconciliation and Inter-company transactions
Supervise and review transactions and account reconciliations handled by senior accountants within the
Factory and Export divisions
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain and monitor the general ledger, journal entries, and chart of accounts
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate accounting staff—including AP, AR, general ledger, and junior accountants
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Manage daily banking operations, including local and overseas transfers and ensure compliance with internal guidelines for all treasury- related activities.
Ensure regulatory compliance with Myanmar tax laws, export regulations, and financial standards.
File the return with the Internal Revenue Department (IRD) before the due date
Submit documents to the IRD township office, respond to any inquiries or assessments, and attend meetings if required.
Perform additional financial analysis or reporting as requested by senior management.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in a multinational, export/import business, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
