Responsibilities

• Receive orders and answer customer phone calls and inquiries.
• Daily allocate orders and assign delivery tasks to the responsible delivery team members.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Report updated competitor information to the related supervisor.
• Promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
• Report daily and monthly sales data
• Conduct, maintain, and check showroom cleanliness and decoration daily (air conditioning, lighting, painting, etc.).
• Contact customers daily, weekly, and monthly for customer care and service follow-up.
• Conduct phone calls for refill processes with existing customers.
• Handle and negotiate customer complaints and inquiries.
• Solve customer service-related problems and complaints.
• Prepare and report daily sales income and sales lists.

Skill Requirements

• Any Graduated. Plus certificated in Sales / Marketing/ Customer Service.
• Preferable Diploma in Sales Management.
• At least 4-years above solid experience in related field.
• Good in computer skill.
• Fair in English-4 skills and preferable good English speaking.
• Good in presentation & communication skill.
• Strong selling skill, customer service skill and listening skill.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
