Finance Business Partner

About the Role   As a Finance Business Partner for Payment at GoTo Financial, you’ll be the strategic finance partner for our business team. In this role, you’ll go beyond financial reporting to influence key business decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Commercial, and Business teams to optimize merchant unit economics, evaluate pricing strategies, and improve product profitability. Your financial insights will help senior leaders make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth across our merchant ecosystem. What You Will Do

• Drive the monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year planning process. Support the development of financial forecasts and operational goals, and apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making.
• Build and maintain robust models to evaluate operation and financial metrics, including Take Rate (MDR), interchange fees, Unit Economics (UE), and acquisition costs (CAC).
• Responsible for preparation of the Financial Monthly Business Review process with the Senior Management.
• Track business performance and identify areas of risk & opportunities for further improvements from finance perspectives.
• Responsible to highlight key financial issues and deliver the proposed solutions to the stakeholders
• Highlight critical financial issues and independently deliver actionable, data-backed solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide insightful financial analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis as but not limited to operating metrics performance, business unit performance review, and other financial ratios analysis.

• At least 2-5 years experience in FP&A / Finance / Strategy-related areas
• Degree level qualification in Finance / Accounting / Business will be preferred
