Deputy Manager (Project Evaluation)

Description

- Assist and coordinates the day-to-day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of the building of head office and Branches.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Assist and running daily operation of the building smoothly.
- Assist in taking charge of ISO documents and M & E services, Building maintenance and ELV systems in checklists.
- Act as safety team member during any emergency situation including activating the emergency system and assist in handling all emergency situations when required.
- Inform Reporting Manager of daily needs, problems and Head office and branches feedback.
- Assist in maintaining facilities of building on a continual basis throughout shift.
- Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.

Requirements

- B.E (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of M & E services and building maintenance.
- Can use computer with Microsoft and related engineering software.
- Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly.
- Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
- Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments.
- Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner and travel if needs.
