- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role in the FMCG industry (preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to fieldwork and willing to travel for task assigned, honest and confidential person
- Reliability and Independence with work assigned from line manager
- Accountability, Initiative, creativity, and stay with work quality and accuracy
- Gathering quantitative and qualitative data from various sources such as surveys, market reports and internal databases
- Organize and analyze data to identify market trends, consumer behavior and competitive insights
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities
- Support the design, distribution and analysis of surveys
- Prepare detailed reports and presentation with visualizations (Charts, graphs, dashboards)
- Maintain and update market research data report regularly
- Work closely with the other unit team among commercial departments to get align research findings with business strategies
- Provide timely update on project progress and market developments to the Business Analysis Manager.
