Job Description:

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Cross sell / OutCall to customers
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Day Rotational Shifts

Requirements:

• Under Graduates/Graduates
• Fresher/ 1 -2 years experience (Customer service in Banking or any field)

Skills:

• Versant or SVAR as mentioned in new hire clause
• Basic telephone etiquette and basic computer skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs
• Agent should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
• Regional language proficiency (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Odia)
